AYou can email us the artwork along with details or you can send us your order online click here.

ACouple of hours for digitizing files and vector files. Turnaround for designs from scratch will be two-five days while ready made designs will be delivered on the same day.

AJpeg, pdf, ai, eps, png, psd, svg can be sent for digitizing while Pdf, jpeg, psd, png or image will work for vectorization. We prefer png for both.

AAll file formats will be provided to you along with the source file. Jpeg, png, svg, pdf, psd, eps, ai for vector and designs. Jpeg, pdf, emb, dst, pes, jef, epx, melco, cnd file formats are available for digitizing files.

AFor digitizing:

1. Design name
2. Size for the longer side (tall/width) in inches, mm or cm.
3. The fabric on which the logo is going to embroider.
4. No. of colors in the design or it can be leave on us for complex design

AThere are no revision charges for the given artwork for digitizing and vectorizing. For any particular changes in the vector or designs (not applicable on digitizing) there will be certain charges depending upon the work.

AYes we provide all file formats for 3D puff/ Applique / Patches.

AThe payment will be done via Paypal, credit card.
