Change Policy
We understand the challenges that come with embroidery, and our aim is to simplify the process for you. Should you require assistance with your digitized file, feel free to submit change requests conveniently online or via our email. Our skilled digitizers will promptly return a corrected file on the same business day. If, by any chance, further time is needed to address an issue, we’ll promptly reach out and keep you informed.

How can I submit my change request?
Submitting your change request is hassle-free. You can do so via online, or simply by emailing us at theparamountgfx@gmail.com In case you encounter problems with the sew-out, kindly take a picture of it and share along with a description detailing the issues you’re experiencing.
Is there a fee for my change request?
Generally, the majority of changes are complimentary. Should you encounter problems with your sew-out, any change requests related to it are also provided at no additional cost.
What are changes that require a fee?
In the event that alterations are made to the original submitted artwork which were not part of the initial request, a fee will be applied.
Is there an extra fee for a size change?
Typically, resizing changes within a certain range (e.g., from 2” to 3”-4”) usually do not incur fees. However, if the modification necessitates re-digitizing, an additional fee applies. For transformations like enlarging a design from a 3” left chest size to a 12” full back size, full pricing might be charged, especially if the previous design can’t be utilized.
How soon will I get my file back after requesting a change?
You will receive your file within the couple of hours of the same day you submitted your change request if it was made before 2:00pm pacific standard time.
